Board of Directors

The Trust Board of Directors consists of the following positions:

President,
President Elect,
six (6) regional directors, who are registered nurses, one each representing St. John’s, Eastern, Central, Western, Northern, and Labrador Regions (as per the regional Health Authority boundaries), and
two Directors-at-Large, who are not required to be registered nurses.

Members of the Board volunteer for two year terms of office. Each member can serve two consectuive terms. The Executive Director of ARNNL serves as the Secretary/Treasurer and sits on the Board of Directors as a non-voting member.
